His story
Robert Griffin was the son of Johanna Griffin of Rosscarbery, County Cork. A Private in the Army Veterinary Corps, he served with the 3rd Reserve Section.
He died on 27 October 1916 and is commemorated on the Brookwood 1914–1918 Memorial.
