Biography
Lieutenant Samuel Frederick Taylor Halbert was born in Euphrasia Grey, Ontario, on 28 January 1894.
He enlisted in the Canadian Forces on April 19, 1918, and was sent to France in September 1918. While serving in France, he contacted Influenza and was invalided to England.
He was medically discharged on 29 March 1919.
He died on 25 February 1921 from Tuberculosis. He is buried in Harkaway United Church Cemetery Ontario.
