Biography
Captain Arthur Dunbar Morgan MRCVS was born in Toxtieth Lancashire on 24 April 1882, the son of Thjomas and Ruth Morgan.
He graduated form Liverpool Univeristy in December 1912.
Very little in kjnown of his military career.
